BH3 Management is a vertically integrated real estate investment manager, operator and developer founded by Mr. Lebensohn and Mr. Freedman in October 2009. BH3 Management invests across the capital stack in both debt and equity through various investment vehicles, including dozens of Special Purpose Vehicles and through its drawdown debt fund, BH3 Debt Opportunity Fund I, and related co-investment vehicles. BH3 Management operates a multi-disciplinary real estate platform which conducts property management, construction management, leasing and investment management activities and has developed expertise in multiple value creating real estate and construction activities.
