Sensi is a mixed-use development on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, combining residential living with retail and lifestyle elements in one address. The concept focuses on calm, light-filled spaces and a minimalist architectural approach, with a smooth connection between indoor areas and the outdoor setting. The residence collection includes apartments and townhouses, with a total of 89 homes. The unit mix features 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments, plus a limited number of 4-bedroom townhouses. Layouts include private balconies and terraces, with contemporary fit-out and finishing.
