Za'abeel second is a sub-community of Za'abeel. It is bounded through Business Bay to the west and Za'abeel First to the east. The area is home to the Za’abeel Palace, Nad Al Sheba Racecourse, Equine Hospital, and the Rove Downtown Hotel, some of the city's most popular landmarks. Za'abeel second Dubai is a popular sub-district as well as a tourist destination.
