Role overview

GI Properties is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to lead our digital presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. This role is ideal for someone with experience in real estate marketing, luxury brands, or digital content strategy, who can combine creativity with data-driven decision-making.

You will own our social media strategy from planning to execution, overseeing content calendars, community engagement, publishing, and performance reporting. Working alongside our in-house videographer, video editor, and graphic designer, you will provide creative direction to produce premium content that strengthens our brand presence and generates qualified leads for our sales team.

Key responsibilities

Manage and grow GI Properties' presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok, ensuring a consistent brand voice, publishing cadence, and visual identity across all platforms.
Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar featuring off-plan launches, secondary listings, market insights, developer spotlights, and brand storytelling initiatives.
Provide clear creative direction to videographers, video editors, and graphic designers through detailed briefs, mood boards, storyboards, copy guidelines, and brand specifications.
Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or equivalent platforms to enhance content ideation, caption creation, and content repurposing workflows.
Create compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action in English and Arabic, or coordinate Arabic copy development with the content team where required.
Monitor community engagement by managing comments, direct messages, and audience interactions, ensuring timely responses that align with the brand's tone of voice and agreed service levels.
Prepare weekly performance reports covering reach, engagement, follower growth, link clicks, and lead attribution, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize content performance.
Collaborate closely with the Paid Media team to ensure alignment between organic and paid content strategies, maximizing campaign effectiveness and brand consistency.
Stay informed of social media platform updates, emerging content formats (including Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Live content), and the latest trends within Dubai's real estate market.

Candidate profile

Essential Qualifications:
3+ years of experience managing social media for a real estate, luxury, or premium brand.
A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional brand consistency, creative direction, and visual storytelling.
Proven experience briefing and managing creative teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and video editors.
Native-level English proficiency; professional Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
In-depth knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok best practices, platform features, and content strategies.
Proficiency in Meta Business Suite and social media analytics tools.
Strong understanding of how organic social media supports and enhances paid campaign performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in graphic design, art direction, or visual branding.
Experience working within Dubai's or the UAE's real estate market.
Working knowledge of Canva Pro, Adobe Express, or Figma for quick creative edits.
Hands-on experience using AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, CapCut AI, or similar platforms within a professional environment.
Familiarity with UTM tagging, campaign tracking, and lead attribution principles.
Experience developing and executing bilingual (English/Arabic) content strategies.
